📌 1. Cancellation Policy
✔ Cancellation Before Service Confirmation
- Customers may cancel a service request before it is confirmed or assigned.
- Any advance payment made will be fully refunded.
✔ Cancellation After Service Confirmation
- If a service has been confirmed or a service professional has been assigned, cancellation may be subject to cancellation charges based on the service type.
- Applicable charges, if any, will be communicated clearly.
❌ Cancellation After Service Has Started
- Once the service has started or is in progress, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.
🍽️ 2. Food, Snacks, Pickles & Seafood – Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.
However, refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing items
- Damaged, spoiled, or poor-quality food
➡️ Such issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos or videos).
🍴 3. Restaurant Dine-In Booking – Cancellation Policy
- Dine-in bookings can be cancelled before the scheduled booking time, subject to the restaurant’s cancellation terms.
- Refund of any advance payment depends on the restaurant’s policy.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
🧑🔧 4. Local & Professional Services
(Plumbing, Electrical, Carpenter, Building Workers Supply, etc.)
- Cancellation before service assignment is eligible for a full refund.
- If a service professional has been assigned or dispatched, partial refunds may apply.
- No return or refund is applicable after the service is completed.
⚠️ 5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Customer not available at the service location
- Incorrect address or details provided by the customer
- Change of mind after service confirmation
- Delays caused due to factors beyond our control
💳 6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Processing time may vary based on banks or payment gateways.
